Refund policy

 

Size Exchange 

  • One-Time Exchange: Size exchanges can be processed once per item purchased. 
  • Time Frame: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, while Mini Munki will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product. 
  • Verification Process: The exchange product will be shipped only after the returned item has been received and verified to be in its original condition (undamaged and unused).
  • Unavailable Sizes: If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued which will be valid for 90 days. 

  

Defective Product Exchange 

  • In the rare instance of a defective product, we will provide the store credit which will be valid for 90 days. 
  • Time frame: Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • Request Requirements: To initiate a request, customers are kindly required to submit a product opening video as proof. To be eligible for an exchage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging 
  • Shipping Costs: Mini Munki will cover the shipping costs for both sending the replacement product and returning the original item. 
  • Exchange process: To start an exchange, you can contact us at minimunki.official@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange the return pickup for your package. The exchange product will be shipped only after the returned item has been received and verified to be in its original condition (undamaged and unused). 
  • Unavailable size: If the size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued which can be used within 90 days.

At Mini Munki, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to addressing any issues related to defective products.

Refunds  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit within 3-4 business days.
